9: It's Cold but the Pain of Banana Fish is Colder

    Salvete, dear Reader. I hope you’re doing well. For anyone else who’s in school, are yall on Thanksgiving Break now? I start my break tomorrow. I’ve been waking up at 12 this entire weekend for some reason. But it’s fine because my psychology teacher would say I deserve it. She’s always saying we need to take time for ourselves, that we deserve to relax and take a break now and then and that applies to you as well. Take this time off to do things for yourself. Watch your favorite movie, start a new series, read some books, draw, paint, do what you love. Or try something new maybe, like meditation or a dish you’ve wanted to try for some time now. Off topic and not at all related to anything, but salvete is hello in Latin. I’m pretty sure it’s the plural version, whereas salve is the singular version. 

    Mother and I just got Chipotle; she got the brisket bowl, my dad got the steak bowl, and I got the tacos. I also drew Monokuma from Danganronpa earlier in my sketchbook. No spoilers please!! Mother said he was cute and I’m just like, “Okay Mother” and I just start laughing because if you’ve seen it, you know what he’s like. Speaking of Danganronpa, if you’ve seen a gameplay of or played the second one, how do you feel about Monomi? I feel bad that she’s beaten up by him all the time but at the same time, I’m like eh. So it’s mixed for me. 

    Has anyone else Banana Fish? Because let me tell you, if you haven’t it’s just pain. I finished it recently and I thought the, “sa-yo-ra-na” was them saying bye to New York and going to Japan. I’ve seen people react to the ending and now I get it. I made a playlist called “banana fish vibes” and yes, Mr. Loverman is on there as well as the openings and endings and some other songs. I also made a playlist when I finished Hunter x Hunter; speaking of, my chemistry teacher said HxH is good. I miss them so much. I’m talking about both BF and HxH here. :(

    I’ve been so cold recently, due to it being November. My feet get really cold this time of year, I’ve realized, so during school I’ll be wearing a jacket and have a blanket and my feet are freezing. It’s why I don’t particularly like this time of year, it’s too cold for me. I prefer spring because it’s warm. Fall is now though, like early fall. It’s not too cold. 

    Anyways, have fun on your break and take care of yourselves.

21: Week 21

Hello dear Reader, I sincerely apologize for the lack of posts. I didn’t post around the end of May due to my finals and wanting to focus on school and on keeping my grades up. I may have lost track of time ever since summer started but I’m back to posting weekly. I hope everyone’s summer has been good so far. Make sure to wear your mask if you aren’t vaccinated and if you’re in a public area where it’s required. What has everyone been doing so far? I haven’t done much. One of my best friends and I had our first sleepover; a friend came over on Friday so we went swimming; I’ve been world building for a new story - more on that later - and Mother and I are going thrifting on Tuesday. I also planted some new plants for myself. Not to mention dance stuff is going on, so there’s that.  Now, on to my new story. In the spring semester of this school year, I had creative writing.
